Golden Riviera Booking Terms and Conditions

Golden Riviera Beach Resort Canellation Policies and Deposit Terms

NB. We charge 1.7% on Credit Card payments.

Any amendments or cancellations of a booking must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date in low season and 14 days in high season for a refund of your deposit. 

Within 7 days in low season, the full deposit is forfeited – unless Covid restrictions have been enforced – phone the resort for updates.

High season, including Christmas, New Year, Easter and School holidays require 14 days cancellation notice or full deposit is forfeited.

No Shows – full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid for.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS 

A deposit of $200 will confirm a booking during low season. The balance of tariff is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of $400 will confirm a booking in high season(Christmas, New Year & Easter, Public & School Holidays). The balance of tariff is due 14 days prior to your check-in time.

IF COTS OR FOLDAWAYS ARE CANCELLED ON ARRIVAL, A $25 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES
